This roomy, open-concept Tabernash home accommodates up to seven guests and offers a large brick patio. An expansive, open-concept floor plan invites your crew into this sunny, mountain-view abode. With new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the great room, hallway, and mudroom, and a fully renovated kitchen, you will have all of the comforts needed for a memorable stay. A gas fireplace warms the window-lined living room, furnished with a leather sleeper sofa and matching chair. Vintage skis and toboggans accent the walls and hardwood furnishings add to the rustic-chic vibe. A 40” TV comes with cable and a DVD player, or stream to your own devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. Sleek black appliances outfit the kitchen, complete with ample counter space and all the gadgetry you need for easy meal prep. The kitchen island seats two, and the formal dining area seats six. Cozy quilts adorn the king-size bed and the wall of the master bedroom, also equipped with a 15” TV. The large en-suite bath features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a huge walk-in closet. Just the right amount of cabin for us

The cabin was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room for us to spread out and chill after a good day on the slopes. Conveniently located to all the attractions. We will definitely keep this cabin in our rotation of vacation spots.

Beautiful Location

Great location up the side of the mountain with great views. It was very quiet with only the sound of the wind through the pines and aspens being present. The outside seating and fire pit were wonderful; there was even a small playhouse that our boys took full advantage of.

Cozy, warm, and relaxing

At first we didnt have the right code to get in the house, but the staff worked hard to get us in the house. Which was great as it was blowing snow and freezing cold! The weather may not have cooperated for our itinerary, but the house was clean, cozy, and warm for us to relax for a couple nights. Will want to come back and see it in the summer too!

Great stay!

Excellent home and we were welcomed by a moose in the yard! Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen and spotless. The driveway and sidewalk very problematic due to a very thick layer of ice. The number of stairs into home were problematic for us, due to knee issues. Absolutely wonderful home and if we didn't have the knee issues, we would be back in a heartbeat. We loved it!

Utter Relaxation and Sweetness

Perfect for our party of 4 adults and two dogs. We loved the spacious, sun-filled living room, warm fire, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Loads of room for us. A few recommendations: more dish towels (we ended up using hand towels), a decent large plastic cooking spoon and some paper napkins. The futon made an "okay" extra seat....don't know how it would be as a bed. Kids would probably be fine on it. We really had a perfect time and would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Dog friendly Tabernash House

We were lucky to find something last minute on Labor Day weekend. However when we arrived the garbage from the previous renters was still stored in the garage and giving off bad odors. The house is older and has several maintenance issues. The basement seems to have an issue with sewer backup.

Dog hair ruined it

Dog hair thoughout the bedding the carpet and kitchen floor. Overall was ok. We came back one day and gage door was open that was shut. Someone took garbage ou and left garage open.

Trip was good other than having no WiFi for 2 out of 3 days! The worst part was the run around from Turnkey after trying to get problem resolved. They kept turning it over to someone else. Then no one would get back to us!

A few small things would make this 5*

We loved almost everything about the cabin. Location was great, roomy accommodations, and the views were fantastic. Only two things kept this from a 5* review. The propane tank on the gas grill was empty, and no replacement was available. Because the listing indicated ‘grill’, we were counting on that being available. We ended up having to run into town to get food to prepare. Also, if you like very firm beds, you’ll love this place. If you are like me and need a little bit of cushion, you probably won’t sleep well. Other than that, this was a great place. We were able to bring our dog, and that was enormous benefit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house does have great views, spacious living and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were not comfortable. The fan in the living room needs to be fixed. The living room was very dusty, the couch hadn’t been cleaned. There were dead bugs in the bathrooms. The grill was broken and very dirty, difficult to use. The outdoor chairs were broken.

Lovely home away from the crowds but close enough to ski.

We had stayed here in 2017 and the property has been upgraded since then....new floors, new paint, partly new kitchen. It's very nice, great for a family, open, filled with light with gorgeous views. Mrs. Moose came by several times along with a fox. The heat in the property is ON all the time even if the thermostat is set to OFF. Contacted the property manager about this. Also the back steps were not cleared of ice and snow and that was never taken care of. They could use way more spoons. Things that are not supplied: napkins, kleenex, ice melt. These are relatively minor things just an FYI to anyone renting this property. The beds were comfortable, house was extremely clean, kitchen well-stocked. We had a fun time.

Family vacation

Property could use some handy work. Patio brick was in very poor condition bricks falling off on the ends, very unsafe. Weeds growing over the steps & overgrown plants in walkway. Looked nothing like the picture as advertised. Oven as mentioned in previous post about loud obnoxious noise while using it, still has not been fixed. Hall bathtub backed up when using, would not drain & smelled like sewer. If patio was as pictured we would have enjoyed sitting out & enjoyed a s’mores by the fire. Chairs were broke & could not even use them. Probably would not stay again. Overpriced for condition of property .

Girls Trip

The house was in a great location and was a really nice amount of space for 3 adults and a dog. The living room was a very comfortable area to hang out in and there were a lot of movies and games to choose from! A couple of things that made me not give this a full 5 star review... The oven didn't work. It kept tripping the breaker, which made our cooking challenging. There is also something wrong with the range, however it worked well enough to stir-fry and boil water. I would recommend some new pillows; the ones available were either flat or very hard. Lastly, I was very happy that this location allowed dogs as mine loves to come with. This may be in part lack of owner responsibility and not just the property, but there was definitely dog poop on the carpet and urine that I had to clean up once we got to the property. I will let my rant of poor dog ownership go and instead state, the cleaning crew needs to be a bit more thorough in their inspection.

We loved our stay at this sweet property. The more remote location allowed for quiet, low key evenings by the fire pit, but was still close enough to town for a quick grocery trip and not far from activities. Water was hot and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and washer and dryer worked great. There were a couple of communication things that were a little difficult. We got an invoice to my email from the property management company after we had already paid through VRBO and gotten a confirmation email. Messages sent via the VRBO app weren’t responded too. We had to reach out to the phone/text line 15 minutes before check in because we never received the check in codes that the confirmation email said would be sent the day of check in. However, we would absolutely stay again. The location and set up of the property was perfect, and the house was comfy and clean.

Hemlock Cabin

Home is in a great location with amazing views of the mountains. Had a couple small issues when we arrived. Nice home. With some minor adjustments it would be a great home. Sidewalk/steps/deck to front door with keypad was not shoveled. Basement door was locked with no access. Both of these issues were responded to right away by Vacasa. The heating in the home is very uneven. Bedrooms get very hot and the rest of the home cooler.

Good place for a small family

Good place! Loved the area! Quiet… Only small complaint: couldn’t find the dumpsters but left it there for be picked up inside! And some dishes weren’t clean (had some old food stuck to them) nothing horrible - we cleaned them and made sure to wash our dishes completely. Very small issues up above - the house was clean - the rooms were large and everything about checking in and out easy. All areas like Grand Lake, Granby and RMNP were just a few minutes drive from here. Would stay again!!!!

Nice cabin

Clean cabin with lots of space for being a 2 br. We were there a couple of weeks and John from VRBO was responsive about trash pickups and giving tips on the area. VRBO and property owner were also very responsive. Would use this property again.
