Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire rental unit, including amenities such as the pool, assigned parking space within the gated community, and shared outdoor areas.

Parking: Spaces are labeled and 1 space is offered for each unit.

Check-In Requirements
All guests must provide a digital copy of a valid government-issued passport or Dominican national identification for registration with on site security office.

Electricity is charged separately. By booking this property, you agree to pay for electricity consumption after check-out.

Payment will be requested via the app to ensure proper documentation for both guests and hosts.

We'll take a meter reading every morning and update your personalized electricity report. The readings can also be checked throughout your stay. You are only charged for electricity from check-in to check-out, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

Reference: Guests usually pay from $1–$15 USD per day, depending on consumption. Thermostats are set to maximize comfort and savings.

Pro tip: The biggest impact on electricity consumption comes from running the AC.

Turn off AC when leaving the unit.
