One of the best perks of staying here is that pool heating is included with your stay at no additional cost — something many vacation homes in the Cape Coral area charge extra for. The pool/spa is heated to approximately 86°. The spa's waterfall feature, although lovely, means it won’t heat the same as a standing water hot tub. Please note that water temperatures may naturally fluctuate depending on outdoor weather conditions, and specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor grill, making it easy to prepare poolside meals and enjoy casual outdoor dining during your stay.

Pool maintenance is typically scheduled for Fridays. Lawn care and exterior pest control services occur periodically, though specific days may vary.
