Welcome to your cozy Smoky Mountain retreat—thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and making unforgettable memories together. Recently renovated with modern décor and warm mountain touches, this spacious 4-bedroom cabin offers inviting indoor and outdoor spaces for guests of all ages.

Step outside onto the expansive deck where mountain air and relaxation await. Soak in the private hot tub after a day of hiking or exploring Gatlinburg, then gather around the custom fire pit under warm café lighting for s’mores, laughter, and late-night conversations. The deck also features comfortable lounge seating and an outdoor dining area perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. For a little friendly competition, enjoy the life-size yard games that make the space fun for both kids and adults.

The bright and inviting sunroom is designed for laid-back fun and connection. Challenge friends and family to a game of foosball while enjoying the natural light and relaxed atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the afternoon or kick off a fun game night.

Entertainment continues in the dedicated game room, featuring a classic arcade machine and a PS5 for hours of gaming fun. The space also includes full-over-full bunk beds with a twin trundle, making it a perfect hangout and sleep space for kids or teens.

Our youngest guests have a special place of their own—a one-of-a-kind kids’ playroom designed just for them. This playful retreat allows little travelers to explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild while the adults relax elsewhere in the cabin.

Greenhaven is located in an area that isn't particularly steep or winding and is a great option for those less experienced with driving mountain roads. Keep in mind that the Smoky Mountains do have areas that are steep and curvy and that the use of an AWD or 4WD is advised when snow is forecast. The cabin has room for 4 parked vehicles.

-Camera installed at entrance for security purposes
-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway
-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided
-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window.
-Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation.
