The Space:

Inside:

Inside, the cabin blends modern luxury with a clean, contemporary mountain aesthetic. The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area highlighted by a striking wood accent wall and cozy fireplace, large windows, and comfortable upscale furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the dining area easily accommodates large groups. Each bedroom is furnished with premium mattresses, high-quality bedding, and 4K Smart TVs for relaxing personal space. The upper level offers two private suites, each with attached bathrooms and balcony access, creating a peaceful retreat for guests. On the lower level, the game room serves as the cabin’s entertainment hub, complete with a pool table, arcade multicade, lounge seating, and additional bedrooms including a king room and a bunk room ideal for families or groups traveling together.



Outside:

The outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of the Smoky Mountain surroundings. Three full-length decks stretch across the entire cabin, each furnished for comfort and relaxation. The upper deck features classic rocking chairs perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening views. The middle deck, located off the kitchen, includes an outdoor dining table for meals in the fresh mountain air. On the lower deck, guests can unwind in the private eight-person hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit under soft string lights. Scenic wooded views surround the home, and black bears—common in this area of Gatlinburg—are often spotted roaming peacefully through the forest. Guests also enjoy access to Chalet Village’s three seasonal resort pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and community recreation areas.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, hot tub, outdoor spaces, 3 seasonal pools, basketball, volleyball, and Chalet Village resort amenities. Entry is secure and convenient through a time-based electronic lock, with a unique code provided for each stay.

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. However, if you prefer to let someone else do the driving, several transportation options are available:

>Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley: Affordable fares ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).

After booking, you’ll receive a secure pre-arrival link to quickly confirm your details before your stay. This includes a simple identity and payment confirmation, along with choosing a standard stay protection option (either a refundable deposit or a protection waiver), similar to a hotel check-in. Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
