Welcome to a stay inside a true piece of Fort Worth history. The Historic Electric Building is nearly a century old, and while it has been thoughtfully maintained and updated, it still retains original architectural character and signs of age that are typical of historic properties.

You may notice features that differ from brand-new construction — such as vintage-style hallways, older stairwells, minor cosmetic wear in common areas, or classic building materials. These elements are part of the building’s charm and history, not cleanliness or maintenance issues.

Our condo itself is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. If anything inside the unit is not up to standard, please let us know right away and we’ll resolve it quickly so your stay remains smooth and comfortable.

By booking, you acknowledge you are choosing to stay in a historic building, not a newly constructed property, and understand that normal age-related character in common areas does not qualify as a defect.

"A Note About Summer Pests"

Texas summers occasionally bring ants and other small insects indoors, even in well-maintained buildings. We clean thoroughly between every stay and coordinate regularly with the property's pest-control service, though we can't guarantee insects never appear.

To help keep them out, please keep windows and exterior doors closed as much as possible while the AC is running.
