Great location and garage

The location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants. It was so nice to have the garage to park in (with an opener!), especially since the area all around is heavily under rebuild.

Great stay

This townhome is a beautiful place that my husband, small dog and I really enjoyed. They had all the bells and whistles including coffee, wine, cookies and very quality beds, pillows, towels etc.. The fireplace is really nice too! We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great Apartment Great Location

This place is nice and centrally located to visit the Stockyards and Sundance Square. The beds are comfortable and everything well kept and clean. We enjoyed viewing the sunset from the balcony and the sunrise from the bedrooms windows. We would highly recommend!from the bedroom window

Beautiful, clean, and well located property.

This property well exceeded our expectations. The unit is brand new, clean, beautiful, and very functional. Mindy was very responsive and flexible. There are many little restaurants in the area (but no grocery) and the property is within walking distance (although not recommended after dark) to the main downtown area. Best Kept Secret

My wife and I loved this VRBO crash pad from the moment we walked into it. We are in our 60s, so the stairs were great exercise. We were here for the Solar Eclipse, and this vacation spot made it perfect. We love being so close to the downtown area of Fort Worth and managing to get to some local shops and the Water Garden. Everything worked great, and we loved the decor. Thank you to our host you did a great job!

Exactly what you want in a VBRO

So many “greats”. Great location, great beds, great amenities and great communication with Mindy. We were here for TCU graduation and it was 10 minutes to our daughters place and 15 to campus. Kinda nice to be out of the traffic. Easy to stockyards and downtown. I’ll be back next year for her masters graduation 💜🐸

Introduction to Ft. Worth

Stayed here for a weekend while kid was at TCU event. Very clean, well organized and decorated. As owner stated, lots of construction going on all around. That being said, it is a great developing area - great dining, cute and eclectic stores - all around a really nice area that is only getting more to offer. Only comment is the mattresses were quite soft but that is a preference. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property!

This townhouse was perfect for my husband and I for a 10-day stay in Fort Worth. It is very clean and well stocked, including extra blankets, extra towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The owner was easy to communicate with, and the garage parking is a huge plus. We love the Near Southside area and all of the local restaurants in walking distance.The layout may be difficult for more than one couple, however. The upstairs bedroom is completely open to the living room. Even with the privacy screens, we would find this problematic if traveling with others.

Summer camp stay

I took my daughter to the TCU summer camp. Upon arrival the bedroom downstairs had a tarantula. Upstairs there was a lizard on the wall. Overall the property is a great idea, but with all the construction going on it wasn’t an easy stay. It was really loud with the work going on and the apartment was right in the middle of it.

Hey there, hope you enjoyed your stay overall. I wish you would have contacted me while there, our wonderful landscaping/pest control supervisor lives nearby, treats the building regularly and would have been happy to come handle any issues right away. With our extreme temperatures right now, it is very important not to leave the doors open as critters will try to escape the heat as well.
