With space enough for a small family or a group of friends, this vacation rental boasts a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, a dining table for at-home meals, and a kitchen with every essential. There's even a small, private balcony outside offering beautiful views of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. After an exciting day on the slopes or Whistler's gorgeous hiking trails, come home to Marketplace Lodge to soothe your muscles in the communal hot tub. For your ease and convenience, the grounds include underground parking and coin-operated laundry facilities as well. The location is ideal, steps away from Olympic Plaza's summer concerts and winter outdoor ice skating. You'll also be able to walk to the grocery store, great restaurants, coffee shops, locally owned businesses, and - of course - the lifts and gondolas (half a mile, also accessible via free city shuttle). During warmer months, play a round or two at the Whistler Golf Club, head out on miles of scenic hiking trails, or spend a thrilling day at Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Things to Know: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Overall good - disappointed they didn't inform us the hot tub would be out of service all summer but they did help solve that problem when aware.

Good room

Excellent location. The furniture is a tiled tired. Had to call the maintenance guy to fix a couple of smaller issues while there. Overall good room in a convenient location.

The space was nice, but the plumbing in the bathrooms need a little help very difficult to use.

The condo is very much dated, the washrooms need a little attention by the shower in the ensuite, difficult to adjust water temperature in both bathrooms.However, the size of the condo was appreciated, the beds were comfortable. Another pro would be the location.

Very spacious!!

Loved how big this condo is, lovely to have separate living room, 2 full bathrooms, extra little space with single bed perfect for the kids! 2 air conditioning units in the condo is great during the summer months! Perhaps an update of the decor and bathrooms would be nice.

The condo rental was in a perfect area close to everything. A bit dated but clean. A bit of mold issue in the ensuite between shower and cabinet needs to be taken care of! Otherwise I would stay there again

Two night summer stay

Location is perfect, clean suite but furniture is old and tired, needs to be replaced, washroom cabinets/ counters needs to be replaced. No hot water in tub shower, needs new faucet set. Luckily walk in shower was working good and we did not let these defencies ruin out trip. I give it 3 stars out 5.

Great little Get-Away

The Market lodge location was great- At the end of the Village, near excellent amenities. Perfect place for families as the playground was just steps away. The rooms were very sound proof, just wish there was a barn door or some sort of door on the second bedroom for privacy and sound cancelling. I would love to see the decor updated as it’s looking a bit outdated but it didn’t impede our fun experience. I’d suggest a cookie sheet be added to the kitchen for baking pizza, or anything else. Over all a great stay. Would happily stay there again. Aspen check-in hosts were efficient and friendly.

Clean and spacious

We booked the condo with a queen bed, a single bed, and sleeping sofa for three people. The place is clean and spacious with two baths. There were some minor issues with sink and dishwasher. The guest service sent the repair staff promptly to address the issue. It is continently located in the village and the lift was within short walking distance. We loved the place and would come back for future vacations.

The place was very dirty, the furniture extra old, falling apart, the drawers were not even on the rails when you opened, the cleaners left one used bar soap on the shower with hairs 😨. When we opened the tv furniture the knobs fall apart same as the ones on the side tables. The second washroom was very dirty as well. The only good thing about our stay is the location.

Location was great for a family of 4. Right by the olympic rings. The apartment was spacious and clean. The two bathrooms were a bonus, the kitchen had all the necessities and free parking was great. The furniture and beds are dated. The single beds in the den are very creaky. Overall a very nice stay.

A Nice Stay!

Right by the Village stroll but away from the noise. Free parking. The unit is quite big however, it does need some upgrading, like a few nooks in the bathrooms, repair bathroom cabinet doors, fix the dishwasher shelf. Overall very clean and a nice place to stay.

Very convenient small family apartment

Good location, if you can walk 10 min in ski boots (We are). Pharmacy and liquor store are out of the door, supermarket is across the parking lot, 2 min walk (but it closes at 19:00, another one in the village half way to the gondola works late). All restaurants are crazy busy, but small Mexican place 2 min on the opposite side of the lodge is great and with no reservation required. Apartment is slightly dated, has minimal kitchen things, but enough to cook and eat. Big table with 5 chairs. Maintenance(?) had left coffee and filters, trash bags and washing machine tablets but we had to buy salt and pepper which is $5CAD each cheapest in the supermarket. Bathrooms are in good shape, hot water is really hot. For heat every room has its own electrical grill with its own on the wall thermostat. You can open a window for a fresh air. Small entrance was enough to keep our 3 pairs of skis, adult size, and a boots, with convenient double outlet to plug boot dryers. We didn't watch TV and didn't use a music center, but it's there, in and on top of the cabinet. To summarize for the money it was perfect apartment for our ski trip. You basically have small 2nd bedroom den without paying for it. With very inexpensive improvement from the owner it would be 5 star. What I would suggest: 1) fix chest drawers 2) replace old frying pan which is not non-stick anymore 3) fix the 2nd shelf of the dishwasher
