This superior mountain view condo is the perfect home away from home in Whistler for a small family or two couples. Upon entering, find an open-concept layout with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space with a table for four, and a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace and multiple seating options (including a fireside window seat). The furnished balcony faces Olympic Plaza - a prime spot to listen to the music drifting over from the summer concert series (in winter, it turns into a magical ice skating rink and tobogganing playground!). This condo also has a unique storage area, big enough to hold skis, suitcases, and the rest of your gear. After an exciting day on the slopes or Whistler's gorgeous hiking trails, come home to Marketplace Lodge to soothe your muscles in the communal hot tub. For your ease and convenience, the grounds include underground parking and coin-operated laundry facilities as well. You'll be able to walk to the grocery store, great restaurants, nearby coffee shops, locally owned businesses, and - of course - the lifts and gondolas (half a mile, also accessible via free city shuttle). During warmer months, play a round or two at the Whistler Golf Club, head out on miles of scenic hiking trails, or spend a thrilling day at Whistler Mountain Bike Park.

Wonderful condo in a perfect location to explore all that Whistler has to offer. Patio looked down on the plaza and all stores, restaurants and shops were in walking distance. There was a great grocery store right there with an amazing bakery and deli. Had we known we would not have shopped in Squamish. Prices a little higher but fair. Bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. Kitchen and linens well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub.We arrived after 9 and the place to get our keys was closed and it took 2 phone calls and confusing directions to find another place that we got to before they closed at 10. A new management company had not been communicating with us and we hadn't been billed for the last day and locks were changed and we needed new fobs. But we would definitely recommend this unit in Whistler Village.

Spotless condo, extremely well equipped. Great location in the village perfect for our stay. It was early December and from the little window seat we enjoyed the lovely view of the Olympic plaza with all the Christmas lights, and the skating rink. Convenient parking spot and the location was so perfect for us that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We did find it a little tricky locating the registration desk which is not in the same building as the condo, but that’s ok we would stay there again.

Great location!

Loved the area this home is in. So convenient to every amenity. Clean and well layed out suite. If it's summer you must be aware of concerts outside your windows, which we loved. But if noise sensitive be aware. And children playground also. So if you are okay with that it is perfect!

The location was great, but the unit and decor was a bit tired/ outdated. There was a fair bit of noise from other units one night and no front desk to help manage that, so not the best sleep.

Great stay

Only real problem is my wife go to Whistler every Sept. for the last 35 years and we have went in the winter month over 10 times. We rent through many web sites and this is the first time we weren’t allowed to check in early even if the room was clean. We had to wait for door timer.to go in. This would be a consideration in renting in the future.We drive 6 hrs from our house.

Clean unit at convenient location to grocery, pharmacy, ready-made food & coffee options, walking/bike paths, at the top of the Stroll. Nice view from corner suite with window bench & balcony overlooking Winter Olympic Plaza. Wifi, tv, appliances & in-suite storage. Designated underground parking space. Friendly, efficient, off-site check-in/check-out located nearby. Didn't spend much time in the unit except for rest or a quick meal, but it was a pleasant, quiet 2-night stay during the Fall off-season in Whistler. Competetively priced. Would look to return next time in Whistler.

Understand key fob policy

The location was great, bed was comfortable, and kitchen did the job. The issue was it took a day for us to beg another key fob, before that we had to share one, not so great with three adults staying in the apartment. It's not ok to rent a place with only one key; we don't stay together all the time!

Nice place for a Whistler weekend

The place was clean and faces onto the Olympic plaza, so it has a great view of Blackcomb mountain. Lots of good places to eat all around. The hide-a-bed couch in the living room is not super comfortable, but is OK for a couple of nights. There was confusion about the use of underground parking on the last day. At check in, we were told it was fine to leave the car until 4pm, then another person phoned us in a panic to get the fob back before then. We ended up returning the fob at 3pm, which seemed to be OK.

Fantastic location, dated unit The positives: -fantastic location -great window bench for people watching -unit was well equipped with the necessities such as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery. -ac worked well -lots of clean towels -excellent quality sheets on bed negatives: -window blinds in living room would not close. -hair in bathtub -hard bed -some pots and pans were a bit dirty -some of the counters were dirty overall, for the location itself, i would probably stay here again. Close to everything. Once we parked the car, we just walked everywhere for 2 days.

Shorth ski vacation with University Age Kids

Booking about 6 weeks in advance of our stay in Whistler it was probably the best value I could find. Having been to Whistler many times I knew what to expect and it was pretty much exactly as anticipated. The décor was definitely late '90's, which is perfectly satisfactory. My only wish would be for the sofa bed to be replaced with an IKEA style foam mattress rather than the old style pull out beds. Listen to me whine. These are definitely first world problems. That said, we are paying above first world prices, so a foam mattress for the pull out is not unreasonable. In summary, by Whistler standards, the place is pretty good value.
