The Space:

Offering nearly 3,700 square feet of living space, Casa de Olas is designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms. Two are oceanfront with king-size beds and the third faces the mountains with two queen-size beds. Two bedrooms include private ocean-facing terraces, and all are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.



Each bedroom has an open-air bathroom featuring Enrique Zozaya’s signature outdoor showers, enhancing the sense of immersion in the natural surroundings. The main living level opens fully to the ocean beneath a palapa roof, combining a spacious living area, dining space, and gourmet kitchen. The rooftop terrace includes an infinity plunge pool and grill, creating a setting ideal for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, and evenings under the stars. The villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults, with space for two children under ten and maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the villa and the shared amenities within the gated community, including two additional swimming pools and direct beach access. Las Palmas offers 24-hour security. A beachfront restaurant and bar provide food and beverage service to the villa. Private chef services and grocery delivery are available upon request and at an additional cost.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Blanca is known for its nine-mile stretch of unspoiled beach, calm atmosphere, and natural beauty. Just a few miles south lies Barra de Potosí, a charming fishing village celebrated for its open-air seafood restaurants and a scenic lagoon surrounded by mangroves, perfect for kayaking or guided boat tours. The area is framed by tropical landscapes, freshwater estuaries, and the Sierra Madre mountains in the distance.



Getting Around:

Casa de Olas is located less than ten minutes from the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport and about twenty minutes from downtown Zihuatanejo. While the area feels secluded and peaceful, private transportation or taxi is recommended for exploring nearby beaches, towns, and restaurants with ease.



Other Things to Note:

While we welcome families and the villa is suitable for children, it is not childproof and children should be closely supervised. Extreme caution should also be exercised with the ocean due to rip currents.
