Beachwalk is a classic Ocean City beach getaway that blends vintage seaside character with today’s comforts. Located just steps from the ocean between 67th and 68th Streets, this four-level townhome is part of a charming, small community originally built in the 1960s. Each unit is uniquely positioned for beach views, giving this home a special sense of place you won’t find in newer high-rises.



The layout spans four floors and includes three bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area, 2.5 bathrooms, and an additional private outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach. Whether you’re enjoying a family dinner on one of the balconies or watching the sunset from the rooftop, the home is designed for comfort and connection.



The first floor features:

a queen bedroom / smart TV with a private en-suite bath and direct access to the patio that opens into the sand courtyard and pool area.

On the second level:

you’ll find a welcoming living room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a drip machine coffee maker and keurig. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided for easy family meals. The dining area and rear deck overlook both the pool and the beach.



The third floor :

Hosts the primary king bedroom, which opens onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor furniture and ocean views.

A second kids bedroom on this level includes 4 beds - double and 3 twins.



At the top of the home, the fourth-floor loft offers two beds - Double and Twin day bed - with a the rooftop deck.



To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter supply kit that includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge- additional supplies will need to be purchased as you need them.

Yes. The gated community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Access codes in your checkin instructions.



Are lifeguards on duty at the beach?

Ocean City lifeguards typically staff the beach from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September.



What coffee options are available?

A drip coffee maker and a Keurig.



Is an iron available?

Yes, an iron and ironing board are included.



Do the TVs have cable and streaming?

No . The home has five smart TVs - you will have to bring your streaming logins and codes.



Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted.



Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on all decks.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Priority early check-in (1:00–3:00 PM) may be available for an added cleaning fee - you can inquire within 48 hours of your stay, but don't expect it - especially on Saturdays . Late check-out is not offered.
