Two (2) reserved TANDEM PARKING spots in our carport:
Under carport parking spot is 7'4"H x 14'3"W x 26'-37'L (26' covered + 11' uncovered to curb). Many models of cars, trucks, SUVs and vans will fit. However, vehicles towing roof mounted cargo racks/bikes/boats will not fit. Additional Beachwalk community parking is available first come first serve. Off-street parking is available first come first serve.

2) Childproofing:
This is a family-friendly unit. However, it is not child-proofed and there are stairs to access each level of the pool, community boardwalk, and pool deck. A Pack N Play (no sheets), 2 bathroom step stools, backless cushion booster seat, and potty seat are available in unit.

Bunk Bed – Use at Your Own Risk
This property includes a bunk bed. Guests understand that bunk beds involve inherent risks, including the risk of falls or injury.

By reserving this property, guests accept full responsibility for the use of the bunk bed by all members of their party, including minors, and agree to supervise children at all times. Guests agree to hold the owner harmless from injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

6) ACCESSIBILITY
-Please note that our townhome has stairs to access 4 levels. In addition to indoor stairs, our community boardwalk with direct beach access also has stairs leading to the sand. Lastly, there are stairs leading to the pool decking.
-3 bathrooms and outdoor shower are walk-in showers only. There are no bathtubs inside or outside our our unit.
-There are NO elevators.
