New to Ocean City Resort Rentals, this spacious and inviting property blends comfort, style, and resort-style living—ideal for families looking to relax and reconnect. Inside, you’ll enjoy brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in 2026, all-new living room furniture, central air conditioning, and open living spaces perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. 

The en suite master bedroom is located on Level 3 and features a King bed, soaking tub and walk-in shower, along with a second bedroom on Level 3 with a queen bed and a third Level 3 bedroom offering a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. Televisions are provided in every bedroom for added comfort and convenience. Bedroom four, with a Queen bed, is located on the top floor and is served by a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located in the hallway, while bedroom five is located on Level 1 and features a queen bed. The home offers a total of three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. Step outside onto furnished balconies to sip your morning coffee or enjoy salty coastal breezes, and fire up the gas grill for easy family cookouts.

The property includes parking for up to three vehicles and is well stocked for beach days with six beach chairs, a beach cart, and two stand-up paddleboards. Guests can walk to the ocean or enjoy easy access to the bay and Sunset Island’s impressive amenities, including two swimming pools (one with a kiddie pool), a fitness room, scenic walking paths, and a fishing and crabbing pier. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, nightlife, family attractions, and water sports, this Sunset Island retreat offers the perfect balance of peaceful bayside living and all the excitement Ocean City has to offer.

Let Sunset Island on 67th Street be your vacation destination!  A relaxing 37-acre private community with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
