This beautiful Island seascape is brand new to rentals and is only steps away from the pool and beach. Enjoy the island breeze on the double patio near green grass, lush palm trees, and the hypnotic sounds of the Gulf!

The patio is easily accessible from the living room and the Master Suite.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed (sleeps 1), with a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also features a king bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom.
Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room and a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove in the hallway.
Enjoy preparing and cooking any meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Plus, feel free to relax in the pleasantly heated pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island, here only at Waters Edge!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 60ml bottle of olive oil, mini salt and pepper shakers, 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
