554 Oyster Rake Drive, designed by the Bill Huey architect team features an in-deck pool, open floor plan with master suite and laundry conveniently on the main level, and showcases beautiful lush maritime views with close proximity to the Gary Player-designed Cougar Point golf course.
Outside the home, professionally designed landscaping shaded by native Lowcountry trees and a wide porch with a metal roof welcomes family and guests.
Inside, the open floor plan is designed for today’s lifestyle. Airy and with a modern coastal feel, the interior is lined with large windows and glass doors inviting sunlight inside. Beautiful wide-plank hardwood flooring, immaculate white trim, and high ceilings extend throughout.
In the living room, a fireplace is set into a shiplap accent wall, a sliding glass door leads to the covered rear porch, and a glass door off of the dining area leads to the adjacent sundeck and pool.
The chef’s kitchen, streaming with natural light, features ceiling-height cabinetry, white stone countertops, a white subway tile backsplash, and all stainless-steel appliances including Viking® gas cooktop and oven. A generously sized prep area offers a prep sink, wine cooler, Guests can converse while the chefs prepare dinner on the spacious kitchen island with a breakfast bar and undercounter microwave.
