Government Center, located just steps away, serves as a major civic hub and gateway to the area’s attractions. Visitors can easily explore nearby highlights like the New England Aquarium and the Rose Kennedy Greenway. Entire unit

The main level features an open-concept kitchen and dining area, complete with modern appliances and a dining table that seats four—ideal for intimate dinners or casual entertaining. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also on this floor, along with in-unit laundry and central air for added comfort.

On the second floor, the living room provides a relaxing space with a large sectional sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding. This level also includes a convenient half bath.

The top floor is home to the sunlit primary bedroom, where overhead skylights create a serene, light-filled retreat for restful nights.

Just steps from iconic destinations like Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, this home puts you in the center of Boston’s dynamic dining, shopping, and cultural scenes. Mass General Hospital, the Freedom Trail, the North End, and the scenic Harborwalk are all close by, making exploration easy. 15 Union Street is a four minute walk from the B Green Line B, the C Green Line C and the D Green Line D at the Haymarket stop.

Please note that there is a bar located directly underneath the unit. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, noise levels may vary, especially during the evening and late-night hours. Guests who are sensitive to noise or are seeking a quieter environment should take this in.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

The unit does not come with parking. Please let us know if you will need a parking spot, and we’ll be happy to help find nearby parking for you.

Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties.
