Diese Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist brandneu - zusammen mit allen Möbeln. Es umfasst ein Queen & ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Das Gerät ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ashmont Station (rote Linie), die Sie direkt nach DOWNTOWN Boston, Harvard Square, Südboston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass bringt. Es gibt zwei großartige Restaurants in der Nähe - Ashmont Grill und Tavolo Ristorante sowie ein lokales Café + ein Dunkin direkt gegenüber der T-Station.

Der Raum
Unser Haus wurde in den frühen 1890er Jahren gebaut. Es befindet sich in Ashmont Hill, einem Gebiet im Bostoner Stadtteil Dorchester, das für seine schönen viktorianischen Häuser, seine vielfältige und vielseitige Nachbarschaft bekannt ist. Das Haus liegt nur etwa fünf Gehminuten von der Ashmont T Station entfernt, der ersten oder letzten Station der roten Linie. Sehr praktisch.

Gastzugang
Die Ashmont Wohnung ist eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer (The Map Room) verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das andere Zimmer (The Elephant Room) verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein offenes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Langzeitgäste (7+ Tage oder länger) haben bei Bedarf auch Zugang zur Waschmaschine und zum Trockner. Bitte fragen Sie Ihren Gastgeber bezüglich. Welche Waschmaschine und Trockner zu verwenden, da es zwei Sets auf dem Grundstück gibt.

Very nice and clean flat in a lovely renovated victorian house. Interior and exterior exactly as described in VRBO. Easy checkin and - out procedure. Very friendly and uncomplicated host. Tube-station not far. Streetparking without problems possible. For next trip to Boston everytime again!!!

This was a lovely apartment with great amenities and well equipped kitchen. It was sparkling clean with comfortable beds. Just an FYI, it was farther from downtown than I expected; a 20-25 Uber/Lyft or 25-30 minute train ride, and there is not much within walking distance. Knowing that, it was a nice apartment with good outdoor patio

Great Location

I needed a one night stay before starting a tour throughout New England. This location was easy to get to from the trains, the apartment was wonderfully kept and easy to stay in. If you’re in the area, I would consider this location.

College tour trip

My twins and I stayed here to visit four colleges in Boston. It was a great place to stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space that I used in the morning to drink my coffee. The place was spotless and the owners communicated very well.

Enjoyed staying there. Was centrally located for what we needed. Clean rooms, great water pressure, TV if we needed to watch, fridge, dishes, if it wasn’t so rainy we probably would’ve have gone into the back yard area! I’d stay there again.

Loved this place

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. To come “home” to this light-filled, cozy, beautifully decorated space was a million times better than staying in a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We’ll hopefully be back!

Charming restored Victorian house; immaculately maintained

This was a lovely Victorian home and it is evident that the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining it and providing for their guests. The beds were comfortable and the shower lovely. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, although we did not use them. The downsides were a couple. As others mention, there is not a lot of sound insulation. One night we had a family above us and you could hear very clearly the sound of little feet running overhead. You also can clearly hear road noise from the two nearest streets. Fortunately, both of these noises settled down by 10:00 so we didn't have any issues getting sleep. The house is on a very nice street, but, again as others have said, a block or two over the neighborhood is a little sketchier than we would have liked. But we had no issues whatsoever.The unit more than adequately served our purpose, which was to attend our daughter's graduation and move her stuff out of her apartment. Overall, it was roomy enough for the two of us and very clean.

A perfect jewel

The area is very convenient for getting to Boston and surrounding areas. Ashmont metro is less than 10 mins walk. Some of it is a little eclectic and colourful. Limited restaurants in the area, you really need to drive. The property is fantastic a real home from home. Very well fitted out loved sitting outside in the morning reading a book with a cup of coffee. Great communication from the owner. Beautiful touches in the property and well equipped. Eddie was fantastic and very professional. Really enjoyed our stay.

FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATION

Excellent apartment in a lovely building. The property listing was very accurate and the apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. Eddie is a great host and reacted very promptly to resolve a couple of trivial issues. The location was good with easy access to the T for the days we spent in Boston. It was also a good location for exploring New England. I did receive a traffic violation for parking our rental car pointing the wrong way - something other visitors from the UK may need to consider. Overall, a great base for an equally great holiday.

Hi There!

We're Eddie and Elizabeth ! A young and fun loving couple currently living and working in the great City of Boston.

However, we're both originally from Texas. But met and got married in China just before repatriating back to the U.S. in 2016. We both absolutely love to eat, drink, host, mingle, and travel. We are always thinking, planning or dreaming of new adventures close and afar. And anywhere we travel, we usually seek the latest culinary experience, or are in search for that perfect cocktail anywhere we go.

And right behind traveling, we both absolutely love to host! We believe that hospitality is really an acquired art form for making others feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. We believe that it is the talent for spreading warmth and kindness that will be remembered always!

We both lived abroad for a great part of our lives. Elizabeth spent time in Africa and went to school in France before moving to Asia. I, on the other hand - spent time in Europe before moving to Beijing in 2000, right after graduating from college.

Our paths crossed in China in 2010, and in 2015 we tied the knot in Shanghai. Shortly thereafter, In 2016, we repatriate back to the US - and now call Boston home.

We both had great experiences traveling in Asia, and we felt compelled to return back to the Americas and try to replicate the same adventures here at home. We are now both very happy to be back in the US - and even more so when we have the opportunity to live in this great city.

It is located in Ashmont Hill, which is a historical area within Boston's Dorchester neighborhood, that is known for their beautiful victorian homes, diverse and eclectic neighborhood. The house is located only about a five minute walk from the Ashmont T station, which is the first or last station on the red line. Extremely convenient.
