As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Beautiful little getaway in the heart of it all!

Very clean and nicely decorated condo in the heart of Baytown. The condo and grounds are immaculate. Even though you’re surrounded by other residences, it feels very private. I would definitely rent this condo again! The Vacasa Staff provided excellent customer service from booking through the end of our stay.

Lovely getaway

I loved the outdoor balcony. The trees provided some privacy, yet you could enjoy the pool view. I also liked that you could not hear noises from other condos from inside. The property had everything I needed and was clean. And the location was perfect for everything Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Condo in Baytown Wharf

We could not have been happier with our accommodations in this extremely charming condo. The unit is pristine, and actually exceeded our expectations from the website listing. We loved the updates all throughout, very tastefully decorated and an amazing wrap around porch that overlooked the pool. The location was also perfect within steps to all that Baytowne Wharf has to offer. We will definitely return when back in the area!

Perfect location very nice amenities

The unit/owner had 5 washable super soft white twin size blankets in the closet that were a pleasant surprise and because there was an abundance there was no fighting over them with my kids. Also the kitchen was very well equipped and the building had an ice and filtered water machine (not for coolers) but it came in very handy.
