The road in front of the property can be active at times and may produce occasional traffic noise. The surrounding development is largely complete, though portions of the overall project may still be finishing construction. The villa is located near the community security entrance for convenient access.

Electricity Policy

Your stay includes 40 kWh per night. Usage above that amount is charged at 18 pesos per kWh and is payable at checkout in USD or pesos. The electricity meter is photographed at arrival and again at checkout, and both readings are shared with guests. To manage usage, we recommend turning off air conditioning when not in use. The pool pump also consumes a significant amount of electricity and should be turned off when not needed.
