Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.

House cleaning and gardening and pool cleaning services offered 3 times per week, BBQ included.

As a courtesy, we provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a 5 gallon jug of water per stay.

to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for
security reasons. As part of our rental agreement, we need the number of
members in your traveling party to be known before your stay. In addition,
please respect the maximum number of your traveling party and rules regarding
visitors as stated below.

• Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject
to an additional fee as noted in our rates. Any daytime visitors must be
approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House
Rules.
• Please note*, due to liability and safety reasons, any personnel that is not part
of our staff or isn’t listed in our “Relaxation and Fun Guide” is not allowed to
operate on the property. Ex. Yoga instructors, massage therapists, sport
trainers, drivers, chefs, etc.
• Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our villas. Any
small gathering must comply with our house rules regarding noise, the
neighborhood and visitor numbers.
• Please be sure to respect the neighbors and try to keep noise levels to a
minimum, especially after dark. By respecting the people and property around
you, your vacation will be more enjoyable.
