Enjoy this beautifully upgraded third-floor condo, complete with new wood plank flooring (including the lanai), stylish new leather couches with a queen sleeper, and upgraded bathrooms.
Bring your boat or rent one for the dayâthe docks are free for guests! (Please note: boat trailers must be stored off property. The on-site office can provide nearby storage options.)
Your condo includes: Cable television & wireless internet access, Fully equipped kitchen, Heated community pool, FREE Boat slips & kayak launching area, Assigned parking.
â Pets are not permitted.
The on-site office staff is always happy to assist.
đ For your convenience, the rental program provides a starter supply of essentials: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.
