The Space:

* If you book during hurricane season (July - November), we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather-related issues

* Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.

Guests have full access to the entire home 🏠, including comfortable bedroom 🛏️, a modern bathroom 🛁, cozy living and dining areas 🛋️🍽️, and a kitchen 🍳. Enjoy thoughtful touches throughout, plus in-unit washer and dryer 🧺 and convenient on-site parking 🚗 for a stress-free stay.

Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available 🚕, and major roads provide quick access to Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Boulevard, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport. On-site parking makes exploring by car simple, whether you’re heading to the beach, catching a game, or discovering local attractions.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

🐜While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
