Enjoy both morning sunrises and unforgettable sunsets from this newly remodeled, luxurious lakefront retreat at Park Shore Resort. Uniquely positioned on the third floor, this condo offers direct lake and pool views with western exposure, making the private screened lanai an ideal spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxing at sunset.

Inside, the condo features an open and airy living space designed for comfort and easy living. The living room offers comfortable seating and opens directly to the lanai, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. Fast 300 Mbps WiFi, keyless entry with easy self check-in, and thoughtful updates throughout ensure a smooth, stress-free stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is updated and functional, with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room and provides seating for casual dining.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with two twin beds and convenient access to the second full bathroom. A pull-out sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space when needed. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer and elevator access to the third floor.

Spanning 864 square feet, the condo is centrally located within Park Shore Resort, a 13-acre tropical oasis set on a scenic lake just minutes from Naples’ white-sand beaches and vibrant downtown. The beach is just a three-minute drive away, while downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South are approximately ten minutes by car.

Everyday conveniences and popular attractions are close at hand. A 24-hour 7-Eleven and liquor store are just across the street, and The Fresh Market grocery store is a short walk or two-minute drive. Waterside Shops and the Village Shops at Venetian Bay are only a few minutes away, with Mercato, the Naples Zoo, Naples Pier, and the Naples Botanical Gardens all within an easy drive.

All beach gear is provided, including chairs, towels, and umbrellas, so you can head straight to the shore. Every space is arranged with attention to detail and guest comfort in mind, making Beach Tyme Retreat an ideal home base whether you’re here for a long weekend or an extended stay.

GUEST ACCESS
Park Shore Resort requires a one-time, non-refundable $115 resort fee per reservation, regardless of length of stay. This fee is paid directly to the resort at check-in with a valid credit card and includes access for all guests on the reservation. Upon registration, guests receive the required key fob and parking pass, which provide access to the pool, fitness center, and other resort amenities.
The condo itself offers keyless entry, and guests have exclusive use of the entire unit, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the private screened lanai, and the in-unit washer and dryer. One owner’s closet within the condo is locked and not accessible to guests; all other areas are fully available for your use.
As registered guests, you’ll enjoy access to Park Shore Resort amenities, including the heated pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, scenic walking paths, BBQ grills, and on-site dining. Elevator access is available for the building.
Check-in is completed through the resort’s guest services desk.
