Unit 3 is a sophisticated one-bedroom, two-bath apartment featuring an upstairs primary suite, in-unit washer and dryer, and stylish modern finishes.
Unit 4 offers two spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and an expansive open-concept living area with a gourmet kitchen, dining space, and a luxurious pull-out sectional sofa—ideal for entertaining or relaxing together.

Located on Callowhill Street, you’ll be close to Philadelphia’s top spots — This is across the street from Franklin Music Hall, right by the Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, and the Art Museum. The area blends local charm with modern convenience, offering cafés, bars, and shopping all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Parking is limited and must be reserved in advance (fee applies). Public lots and garages are available nearby. There is plenty of options to call cabs and the buses stop right on the corner for public transportation.

We are available to assist our guests in any way we can. We provide a number to call in case of an emergency and are quick to reply to any messages sent our way. Let us know how we can help!

We have some House Rules that are expected to be maintained while at our home.
1. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property, including doorways and windows.
Fee: $250 minimum cleaning/deodorizing fee per incident.
2. No Unauthorized Guests or Parties
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Parties, gatherings, or events without prior written approval are prohibited.
Fee: $300 + any damages + immediate eviction without refund.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Fee: $150 per complaint or city fine (whichever is higher).
4. No Pets Without Prior Approval
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.
Fee: $200 unauthorized pet fee + cost of any damage or deep cleaning.
5. Check-Out Time
Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Fee: $50 per half hour past check-out time without authorization.
6. Property Condition
Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
Excessive mess, trash left behind, or stained linens will result in additional cleaning fees.
Fee: $100–$300 depending on extent of cleaning required.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
Guests are responsible for the cost of replacement or repair for any missing or damaged items.
Fee: Actual replacement cost + $25 administrative fee.
8. Parking
Park only in designated areas. Improper parking or blocking driveways is not permitted.
Fee: $100 + any towing costs.
9. Illegal Activity
No illegal activity, drug use, or weapons on the property.
Fee: $500 + immediate eviction + report to local authorities.
10. Tampering with Safety Devices
Do not disable, cover, or remove smoke detectors, CO detectors, security cameras, or Wi-Fi routers.
Fee: $250 per device + cost of repair/replacement.
11. Lost Keys or Access Devices
All keys, garage remotes, and access cards must be returned at check-out.
Fee: $75 per key/fob/remote.
12. Early Departure / Eviction
No refunds for early departures or evictions due to rule violations.
