The location of the property was fantastic. We were visiting the Christmas Viilage and holiday attractions, very short walk to all. The kids loved the game room. Will be back again!

Floors could be cleaner. Dry towels were left in the dryer. Dishwasher was not emptied. No flat sheets. Pillows were very thick. Our necks are sore. No liquor bar cart. Two pictures of this were on the listing. Location was just perfect. Good walks. Felt very safe.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The description says new construction. Does that mean under-construction? The floors are beautiful and there are plenty of tv's. I really appreciate the basic condiments, and the kitchen is nice though we did not cook here. The pictures are deceiving - games are in a bedroom. The common area seats 4. The walls are dirty, and we could not use the washer because it needs to be cleaned of mold. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfy. Noise level is also a factor. The upstairs bedrooms are quiet but in the downstairs, everything resonates. I would stay here again but these few items need to be addressed. The owner was quick to reply and very friendly.

Awesome property! Location was perfect, walking distance from parking, markets and downtown. We were very comfortable walking around the community. The house was just as displayed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were not able to use the patio due to busy schedule but will definitely give it a try next time. Matt was a gracious host. He provided all necessary details and answered any questions timely. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

Very comfortable stay! Close to the subway, and a quick walk to just about anything that you will need!Communication was top notch as well. If anything pops up, like a power outage that the city has, you will be contacted with updates ASAP.

Great Stay for Our Family in South Philly

We stayed here with family and had plenty of space for everyone. The back patio was a highlight—perfect for relaxing together, especially with the brand-new, clean grill that made cooking outside easy and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.It’s clear the home gets a lot of use, especially being so close to the sports venues, so while it wasn’t in perfect condition, it was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, very walkable, and it was super easy to grab a Lyft when we needed one. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Can access public transportation, walk or ride share to most Philadelphia tourist locations. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and extra blankets.
