The garage is accessible and available for use as a game room and fitness space. Driveway and ample street parking are available, and the property sits on a corner lot for easy access.

There are no shared spaces. Any owner closets or storage areas are clearly labeled and locked for safety and inventory purposes.

This home is thoughtfully designed for families, groups, and respectful guests looking to enjoy a high-quality stay. Please note that parties, events, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10pm–8am to respect our neighborhood.

The property includes exterior-facing security cameras monitoring the driveway and entry points for safety and security. There are no interior cameras.

The backyard and amenities—including the hot tub, game garage, basketball half-court, and play areas—are private and available exclusively to guests during their stay. Children are welcome, and parents should supervise use of all amenities.

Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the house or on the premises will result in a minimum fine of $750 to cover the cost of mitigation.
