The first floor welcomes you with a gracious foyer, powder room, and dining area, setting the tone for easy vacation living. The spacious, well-appointed kitchen features counter seating, a dedicated desk area, and a casual dine-in space, all opening seamlessly to a bright family room with TV and a full-size sleeper sofa—perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. A separate, traditional living room provides a cozy retreat for reading, games, or quiet conversation.
Step outside from the dining area to a private backyard designed for outdoor enjoyment, featuring a deck and plenty of space to lounge, unwind, and enjoy warm summer evenings together.
