Your host is always available for questions 8:30 a.m. - 5 pm. After hours please email for non emergencies. There is an after hours emergency contact during your stay. Please make sure this is for emergency purpose. If you are going to be checking in after our office closes, please make sure you have all of your check in information with you in order to access condo & for parking instructions. There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 15-30 days is 50% refunded.

You can’t beat this incredible location and views! All guests must sign both a rental agreement and a check-in form. The rental agreement aligns with the house rules outlined in the listing, and the check-in form gathers the names and ages of those staying at the property, along with license uploads. This is mandatory and not optional.
