• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Only registered guests (listed on the reservation) are allowed on the property.

• The gas firepit is out of order and not for guest use.

• *FIRE SAFETY* - No open flames or candles anywhere on the property! The foothills are a fragile area with high wildfire risk. For safety reasons and in adherence to strict fire restrictions, outdoor fires are prohibited to prevent the risk of wildfires and protect our natural landscapes.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property features multiple levels and stairwells, with all the bedrooms located on the second floor.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
