★ AIR CONDITIONING ★
Like most mountain homes in Colorado, the house doesn't have AC. In Evergreen, CO, cool mountain air and high elevation keep temps comfortable, rarely exceeding 85°F. Use fans and open windows at night, then close up in the morning to stay cool all day.

★ WILD ANIMALS★
Wild animals like bears, moose, deer, elk, and mountain lions frequent the area. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR DISHES OUTSIDE, and avoid using candles, incense, or perfume. Bears are attracted to scents and will cause serious damage.


**IMPORTANT NOTE** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Cameras, Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit.
