Madequecham is one of the more remote areas of Nantucket, and consists of just a few roads surrounded by conservation land and the ocean. The airport lies to the west and Tom Nevers to the east. Look no further for an unspoiled and remote beach off the beaten path. As is common on the south shore, the waves can be great for surfing and at low tide, waist-high waters can be the perfect place for passing a football with friends and family.
