2nd Floor Apartment in a divided Victorian. This 1880’s home has been updated and renovated to blend historic charm with modern comforts.

The apartment includes a spacious living room with a 70” television. An updated galley kitchen, fully stocked for short or long term stays. Two stylish bedrooms with Queen Beds, and a large full bath and washer/dryer.

Come stay close to everything, in the quiet charm of the Historic District within steps of the She-Qua-Ga Waterfall.

Enter through the original Grand Front Door facing South Street.

Up one large flight of steps to the unit;

This space opens to a dining room with an extra large table, plenty of seating and a coat closet. From there the large living room and the updated galley kitchen are off to one side and the bedrooms and bathroom are off to the other.

The entire 2nd floor is your private space with separate utilities and endless on- demand hot water.

The perfect place to relax indoors or use for a launch into the wineries and gorges. We keep games, movies, and books onsite.

An amazing pizza place, craft brewery, cafe, farm fresh produce, a junk shop and more make the quaint and cozy town of Montour Falls an amazing place to live or visit.

There are two public bus stops near by, free on and off street parking, and many miles of bike trails all right here.
