We had a great stay at Atlantis. Ocean views and close to everything! We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We appreciated the use of their beach chairs. Condo was private and quiet. We hope to stay here again next beach trip.

Enjoyed our stay because the owner was always quick to respond (before the trip and during the stay), the place was clean and well stocked. Don’t pack lots of clothes because the washer and dryer are centrally located. The pool was lit up at night and we enjoyed some evenings poolside. Sunrises were beautiful on the beach. First time in OC. The bus service was a real plus. We will come back.

HVAC is in guest bedroom closet and was noisy at night. Unit dated but was clean had comfortable beds was close to the ocean had good parking and plenty of elevators. Ruth was a very good host.

Overall we had a great vacation! A few things could have been better. The unit was not cleaned as well as anticipated prior to our arrival. Sand and crumbs were on the floor in places. We tried using the vacuum cleaner but it didn't really pick up anything; we used a broom and dust pan instead on all smooth surfaces. The grout and edges/caulking in the master bath were starting to mold, and orange mold was running down the grout into the tub. The washing machine was really pungent, heavily smelled of mold. No cleaning spray was provided in the kitchen, we needed to purchase our own. The master bedroom was routinely warm, likely because it is located on the sunny side of the building. We kept the curtains closed, and kept the door open to the main living space as much as possible but the room was stuffy for the entire stay. On a positive note, the location was perfect--second floor right on the beach. The sun room had a fantastic view of the beach! We enjoyed using the building's pool. There were eateries close by. We had great weather save the smoke from Canadian wildfires which couldn't be helped.
