2. We prioritize both eco-friendliness and cost-efficiency, and to support this, we cover the entire cost of your electricity usage. To encourage energy conservation, given the high energy costs in Mexico, we only apply a nominal surcharge for air conditioning (AC) use (please refer to the additional rules below for the latest rates). If you opt not to use the AC, you'll enjoy the added benefit of no extra electricity charges.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to an exquisite common area with pools, palapa, chairs, tables, and loungers in the condo. In Puerto Aventuras, they can enjoy 2 private beaches, the marina with dolphins, the central park with sports courts, outdoor gym, and playground. Also, access to a protected area with a hidden cove and Mayan ruins. There is a wide range of restaurants, pharmacies, yacht rides, fishing tours, and activities such as surfing and golf. An unforgettable experience awaits them!

For your convenience, we can assist you in booking any type of transportation from the airport to the accommodation and back again. We offer car rentals (to avoid long waits at the airport) and golf carts to make your experience even better.



Interaction with Guests:

One of our hosts will provide you with the arrival instructions. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival. All the information you need to access the property will be provided to you before your arrival. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week.
