Diese ersten Stock Parkside Villa ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom unberührten, privaten 10 Meile langen Strand Kiawah. Diese Villa hat keinen Zugang zu einem Pool, aber es ist zentral in der East Beach Gegend der Insel gelegen, und alle Annehmlichkeiten der Insel sind leicht zu erreichen!

Das Parkside Villa ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Küsten-Lebensraum inspiriert, dass Sie nicht verlassen wollen. Entspannen Sie auf der Terrasse, in der abgeschirmten Veranda oder durch die Hintertür in Nachtreiher Park.

Es gab so viele Gründe, warum wir beschlossen, diese Villa zu kaufen - die Holzböden, weißen beadboard Wänden, in der Lage, unsere Mahlzeiten auf der abgeschirmten Veranda essen, die günstige Lage, die Waschbecken im Master-Bad, um einige zu nennen. Es ist eine Villa im ersten Stock, so dass es einfach ist, Ihr Auto zu entladen, wenn Sie ankommen.

Relaxing beach vacation

Property was as described and within short walk to beach, brought our bikes and rode around the island each day on the paved trails and walked the beach in the evening. Laid back vibe on the island and little to no crowds. Salty dog cafe was favorite restaurant within 15 min. Great location for a relaxing and quiet vacation.

Peaceful location

We enjoyed our week here very much. Kitchen is very well stocked. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Twin beds in second bedroom are a bit small for adult guests, but comfortable. Great location! Hope to be able to rent again!

The villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed walking out the deck door to the park with great walking paths. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. If we ever find ourselves returning to Kiawah, we would absolutely rent this villa again.

Wonderful villa

This is my 31st trip to Kiawah and this property is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The villa was spotless and nicely furnished. The kitchen was perfect for making snacks or full meals for the family. The location in park side was easy access to the beach as well as all the other wonderful areas on the island. The check in process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

Susie, the property manager, was prompt in her responses and extremely accommodating. The condo was clean and very private. The location was great as it was close to the beach and the biking trails. I immensely enjoyed my beach getaway before I start back teaching this semester.

Great stay on kiawah island

Family of four, including two teenagers, had a great experience with this unit. Great access to paths! Very quiet and secluded with a nice short walk to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Good communication with owners. We were able to check in early after a long over night drive. We will be back!

Excellent!

We arrived and the villas was just as described. It was bright and clean. Everything is close by - the beach, recreation, main buildings. The instructions for getting onsite and accessing everything were great. The property manager was really nice and provided really quick communication. We can't wait to come back again next year!

Kiawah Island Vacationer

As a last minute effort to try to make a trip to Kiawah with my family before school started, I stumbled across this Parkside Villa rental and will most certainly be back! Already booking a fall trip. This villa was perfect for my family of four. The location was great as the kids headed out the back door right to the soccer field and into night heron. The renovation is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything! Its cozy with the perfect beach decor. We will certainly be back.

Great property

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 kids (7 & 8). The kids loved having the park and playground right out the back door. The beach is a short walk and is so beautiful and peaceful. The decor of this condo is very bright and cheery. It was exceptionally clean and met our needs perfectly. We found Susie to be very responsive and helpful and would be happy to work with her again on a future stay. I would definitely recommend this unit to others traveling to Kiawah.

Fun in the sun at Kiawah Island

This is a lovely villa! Location is close to the beach and the park. The manager, Susie, has made the check in and out process the easiest on the island! Also a call to her with any concerns are quickly resolved. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing we needed were more dishes. If you plan a stay here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your villa with us. We had a wonderful time!

Great condo. Great location.

My wife and I found the condo to be in excellent shape with comfortable furnishings and a really nice set up. We have stayed in quite a few beach condos over the years and this was one of the best. This was our first trip to Kiawah and loved it. The beach was a very short, easy walk - less than 5 minutes. We do believe that having access to the pools and other KI amenities would definitely be desirable in the summer, but for this trip, we spent our time, biking, hanging out at the beach and enjoying some fine food at Chez Fish and The Fat Hen. We were very happy with our condo choice and would stay there again, for sure.

Great time!

Great home, great location, great time! Home was lovely, clean and well appointed. My only recommendation - the scent of air freshner was OVERWHELMINGLY upon our arrival! Had to open windows. Oh, and no coffee filters....almost a morning disaster..lol!!

Wonderful Kiawah Villa in a Prime Location

I’ve been visiting Kiawah for 40+ years; ever since I was a young boy and the location of this property is as good as it gets. This well appointed villa has several conveniences and is just a short walk from the beach as well as the Kiawah convenience store and quick bite eatery, The Nest. It’s also a short drive from the private island’s restaurants, golf courses, The Sanctuary, Ryder Cup Bar & Grill, Fresh Fields, & other amenities. Plenty of room for a family and a very comfortable living space. The check in and check out process were simple and the host was easy to reach and accommodating to our needs with a very quick response. I would recommend renting this East Beach, Parkside condominium/villa without any hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Kiawah getaway

We spent a lovely & relaxing week at Kiawah Island. The property was perfect for a small family. Only thing I would say is that the spare bedroom beds were a little small for anyone 6 ft tall or taller. (Teen boy) Property photos described property perfectly! Susie was awesome in providing all the information I requested in a timely and accurate manner. We spent time in Charleston at the Beach and exploring the area. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t fantastic but this property & location provided so many opportunities for different types of activities the family had an Amazing time. Would definitely come back to this property again.

Fabulous villa

Loved this condo....the attention to detail was great. The nautical theme is carried throughout the condo and is lovely. The kitchen is updated with high end appliances and everywhere you look there is playful artwork. Super comfortable bed - good lighting thoroughout ; lovely indoor/outdoor porch and condo is close to the bike trials beween the east and west end beaches. Management was great to deal with and let us stay late since no one was checking in the day we left. Would def recommend this gem and plan on coming back again. Thanks for a great long weekend to celebrate our birthdays (we lauched our paddleboard and kayage at mingo point and had dolphins surrounding us on 2 different outings!! Magical

AMAZING WEEK!

I would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with this condo. My wife and I and our 3 kids (9, 5, and 18 mo) had an amazing time. The condo unit had everything you would need for a week away from home. The best way to describe it is like a potterybarn catalogue. Plenty of seating and everything you could need in a kitchen. There was even some tupperware to store some leftovers for the kids lunches. Not everyone thinks of those little touches that make it seem so much more like home. The location was perfect as well. Such a short walk to the beach across a nice pond, but the real selling point was the access to the park. We actually spent more time at the park than we thought because it was so convenient. It was so nice to have the bikes parked out back and let the kids just go out and play. My 5 year old even learned to ride a two wheel bike there. Talk about things you will never forget. The park is also the central location for almost everything on the island for family activities and was fun to watch everything going on there. The location was convenient to everything from shops to restaurants. It was so nice to be somewhere that required little to no driving once you arrive. We will definitely be coming back here again. As usual my wife was right. She always came as a kid and told me how great it was and now I am hooked! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us!!!

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
