Our large pool can accommodate your fun floats & rafts (which we have for you) and the sparkling blue pool and fun confetti style decking make for amazing Insta photos!! The covered patio offers a respite from sunny days and we supply lots of outdoor chaise lounges for your group!

A Note about our Backyard: the backyard is part of an oversized lot so you'll love the expansiveness of it & its amenities such as the two-hole Putting Green, large covered patio with lounge style seating, covered patio with bar table, paver extension patio with firepit and more seating, citrus trees that grow lemons, oranges etc., gas BBQ grill, Ping Pong Table, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, six chaise lounge chairs with pillows, lots of rafts and pool floats and wonderful grassy turf throughout. Recently installed professional landscape up lighting through the entire perimeter for more ambience! The enormous green front yard, as well, is perfect for badminton, soccer or any other activity your family may want to enjoy - plus it has added privacy.

This comfortably stylish newly furnished home is walking distance (less than one mile) to nearly everything in Old Town Scottsdale and while you'll have a hard time leaving the home itself, you'll be mere minutes from shopping, dining, nightlife and the spring training stadium. THE LOCATION:

This is an unbeatable Scottsdale location! When you don't feel like dining in, take a short 5 minute walk right into the center of Old Town Scottsdale. You can pick up your groceries or get your coffee fix by walking less than 2 minutes next door to Albertson's grocery store. The house boasts a neighborhood pedestrian entrance to a large shopping plaza just adjacent to the neighborhood. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other single family homes in Old Town Scottsdale with a huge grassy front yard set back off of the residential street.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional (as it is with most rentals) and available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 1st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
