Comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout make it easy to kick back after a day on the water. With plenty of room to spread out and loads of outdoor spaces to enjoy- this property welcomes guests where every stay feels like a true Chesapeake Bay getaway.
Occupancy: Only Registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
No parties or events: Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property
Check in/ check out: Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved.
Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Waterfront and Outdoor access: Guests assume all risk when using docks, kayaks, canoes, waterfront areas, or outdoor amenities. Children should be supervised outside at all times.
Septic system care: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
Trash: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated bins.
Security: Do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation.
Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or platform involvment.
