The outdoor spaces of Villa Kai are designed to maximize both relaxation and entertainment. Two expansive oceanfront decks invite you to unwind in rocking chairs, savor al fresco dining, or simply bask in the stunning views. The ground level features a stylish bar and lounge area with two open bays, inviting seating, a flat-screen TV, and a perfect setting for lunch or cocktails with the ocean breeze. The private pool area is a true retreat, complete with two cascading water features, a tanning ledge, and a cozy four-person fire pit, ideal for watching the sunset over the ocean. The pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The airy, light-filled space blends modern design with beachy flair, offering immaculate furnishings and an expansive sectional perfect for lingering. Gather around the elegant round dining table with seating for 10 or pull up a seat at the massive kitchen islands with room for 10 more. For a fun evening of cards or conversation, the occasional table for four offers a cozy spot. The kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring two dishwashers, an 8-burner gas range, a freestanding ice maker, double ovens, a double fridge, and a walk-in pantry complete with a beverage fridge. There is even a half bathroom for convenience. The primary bedroom and bathroom on this floor boast vaulted ceilings and luxurious furniture providing the ultimate retreat after a day of sun and sand.

The third level completes this masterpiece with two additional bedrooms and a second laundry facility, which includes a convenient sink.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 20.
