Beautiful 6 Bedroom 4.5 bath home on the exclusive, gated West End of OIB. Double stainless steel refrigerators in kitchen and a refrigerator in garage for your use; under counter ice maker; shower and bathroom in garage. Start the morning off with coffee on the back porch listening to the ocean. During the day, swim in your own private saltwater pool or sunbathe by the pool or on the beautiful beach. Later, enjoy your little piece of paradise walking the beach or play a game of corn hole in the backyard. At night, relax on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs and take in the breathtaking sunsets.

This house is large and spacious with all the amenities of paradise. Large kitchen, dining table that seats 10; bar that sits 4. Family room has large 65" tv over the fireplace. Bedroom layout: First floor: oceanfront master with king bed and large master bath and walk in closet; 2nd master also has king bed with a full size futon, private bath and large walk in closet. Second floor: Bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds; Bedroom 4 has a new king size bed with daybed w/trundle. There is a full bath in the hall between Bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and a jack-n-jill bathroom with Bedroom 6 that has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have mounted Smart TVs. There is a half bath for guests downstairs near front door.

There's plenty of parking in front as well as enough space in the garage for several vehicles. Additional parking located across the street. There are linens for each bed provided as well as bath towels in each bedroom. You will need to bring your own paper products.
