Inside you’ll find a dreamy king-size bed with quality linens, A/C and a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and a sleek bathroom with a fresh, contemporary feel. The kitchen is fully set up for easy meals or beach-day snacks, with a 2-burner electric stove, sink, dishes, pots, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and microwave.



Enjoy breakfast at the indoor dining table for two, or unwind on your private patio/terrace (available in select units) with table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap. After a day out, stream your favorites on the Netflix-ready Smart TV and stay connected with fast 100MB Wi-Fi.



Important note about the listing: this listing groups 9 studios we manage in the same building. The layout and style are consistent, but the view may vary—some face the front, some the back, and one is a ground-floor unit with a larger patio. Please review the photos to see the different perspectives, and feel free to ask if you want a specific setup before confirming your booking.



Starter kit on arrival: we provide a complimentary welcome kit with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items are not replenished during the stay.



Optional services: linens/towels changes and full cleanings are available for an extra charge with 24h notice. Daily cleaning is not included.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy an easy, self-guided arrival in a secure building. There is 24/7 security at the entrance. During the day, the main door is typically open; after check-in, you’ll access both the building and your studio using the entry code we provide before arrival.



The building has an elevator.

Parking: underground parking is included but limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival. Please confirm availability with reception when you check in.



The Neighborhood:

You’re staying in one of the best spots in Playa del Carmen: a safe, lively, walk-everywhere area less than a block from the famous 5th Avenue. Step outside and you’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, local shops, pharmacies, and markets—perfect for a vacation where you don’t need a car to enjoy the city.



The beach by Hilton is only a 3-minute walk away, and Mamitas Beach—known for its energy and beach clubs—is about 10 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Playa is yours on foot—most attractions, beach access, shopping, and dining are within walking distance. Taxis are everywhere and easy to grab day or night.



If you want to explore further, colectivo and bus stops are nearby for trips to Tulum, cenotes, or Cancún. You’ll also find bike options close to the property if you prefer to ride around town.



Other Things to Note:

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately.

• For stays of 7+ nights, a weekly linen & towel change is mandatory and billed additionally.

• Travel crib available by advance request (15 USD per stay, includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability—please request early and wait for our confirmation.

• Complimentary starter kit on arrival (toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, bottled water). Not restocked during the stay.

• Salt, oil & pepper are available upon request if ordered before 5:00 PM.

• Extra linen/towel switches or full cleanings can be arranged for an additional charge with 24h notice. Daily cleaning is not included.

• Please take care of linens and towels—do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.
