Ocean View Rooftop Condo - Steps to Beach

Summary:

Fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a large, bright window opening onto the balcony. The living room includes a smart TV with cable and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed. The spacious and bright kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, utensils, knives, pots, and pans, perfect for preparing delicious breakfasts and meals.



The Space:

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



If you require the use of the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so that we can provide the necessary bedding. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



Access to the apartment is via a mobile app, so please ensure your phone is fully charged at all times. The condominium features a gym, rooftop pool, 24-hour security, and underground parking.

We offer travel cots for $15 USD per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us in advance to secure a cot for your little one.

For rentals of 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. A meter will be taken at check-in and another at check-out to calculate consumption during your stay. The amount due will then be calculated using the CFE app. For rentals of less than 28 days, 15 kWh per day are included. Any excess will be charged at MXN 4 per kWh.



From April 20th to 23rd, improvement work will be carried out on the rooftop (rest area near the gym), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some minor noise disturbances may occur initially.



For reservations longer than 7 days, a mandatory change of linens and towels is required every week at an additional cost.
