Stylish Penthouse w/ Private Rooftop Pool & Terrace

Summary:

Beautiful and centrally located, fully furnished one-bedroom penthouse. Private rooftop terrace with pool and sun loungers. The apartment is equipped with an oven, stove, two TVs, a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room that converts into a queen-size bed to accommodate two more people. The TVs have cable service, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. The bedroom and living room are connected via the balcony. A safe, which can be easily set up, is located in the bedroom.



The building features underground parking (one vehicle allowed), 24/7 security, a biometric access system, a business center, a game room with a movie theater, and a large gym.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request and must be placed in the room before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint and facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

In a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener & bottled water. Not restocked. Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
