The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. King size bed, 2 Smart TVs, full kitchen with appliances, electronic lock, a sofa-bed in the living room next to the dining space and the incredible view from the balcony. You won't believe it.



The Space:

The apartment is located 150m away from Constituyentes Ave, and only 100m away from the 5th Ave, where the magic happens. The building has 24/7 doorman, elevators, wifi in public areas and an AMAZING rooftop with the best view in town, sunbeds, umbrellas and a rooftop bar, the perfect place to enjoy a drink at.



We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.



Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners. We provide every booking with 2 bath towels, 2 pool towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel.



We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

Located in Playa del Carmen, just steps from the beach, this vacation rental is in one of the most sought-after residential and resort areas of the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen offers a balanced mix of quiet, gated community living and vibrant local life, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and grocery options nearby. The relaxed atmosphere and tropical greenery make it perfect for both beach getaways and everyday convenience.



Getting Around:

You’re only minutes from the famous Fifth Avenue (5th Ave), Playa’s main pedestrian street full of dining, nightlife, and boutiques. The beach is right at your doorstep, and taxis, buses, and easy access to the main highway make exploring the Riviera Maya simple. The ADO bus station is close by for trips to Tulum or Cancún, and walking or biking around town is effortless from this location.

Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required



We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

For bookings 28 days or longer, we'll bill the electric separately. For bookings shorter than 28 days (27 days or less) we'll include 15kwh per night. The exceeding amount will be charged at 4mxn per kwh.
