The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee maker, toaster oven, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There is ample dining space with seating for everyone.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
Relax in your private backyard oasis featuring a jacuzzi and comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect for enjoying warm Florida evenings.

Free parking is available on-site for up to 2 cars.

Guest access
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4pm due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in.

• No Parties or Events – Please keep gatherings small and respectful.
• No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is welcome outside only.
• Security – Outdoor cameras are in place for your safety.

• Nature in South Florida – Due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally see ants or roaches even in the cleanest homes. We provide monthly professional pest control and appreciate your understanding.
