Welcome to Homeplace Hideaway, a place that truly lives up to its name. This is the home I grew up in, nestled on family-owned land that has been part of our story for generations. Surrounded by a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, this is the perfect spot to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Because this is a close-knit community, no parties or events are allowed—just good rest, fresh air, and time well spent.

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home welcomes you through a bright sunroom entry that sets the tone for a comfortable stay. Step inside to a spacious living room that flows right into a remodeled kitchen and dining area, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together.
The utility room with washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen inside the garage for your convenience. Both bathrooms are equipped with handicap safety railings, offering extra comfort and accessibility. Bedrooms consist of the following (1) Queen, (1) Full, (1) Full and the spacious living room can offer a Queen blowup mattress if needed, bringing total guest to 8.

All televisions in the house are Smart TV’s and require your personal logins for Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. We do not offer cable service.

WiFi is available with password at check in.


Outside, you’ll find a covered carport that fits two vehicles or one vehicle and a boat, plus a large shared driveway that provides plenty of additional parking space. Our large front and back yard offers plenty of space for kids to run & play. We provide cornhole boards for making family memories along with some inside games for more family time.

Please note…we have outdoor cameras located at Sunroom door, garage door & front door. NO inside cameras.

•NO smoking
•NO parties or gatherings, if we receive a complaint this will result in immediate eviction.
•Large white garage is not included with stay as this stores our lawnmower, etc.

DAMAGE and INCIDENTALS
**You will be responsible for ANY damage done to the rental property caused by you and your party.

*Check in*
You will receive your door code after 1:00pm the day of your check in but will not be activated until 4:00pm. Early check in is available if possible.

*We will provide you with 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towel.

*Our Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes and glasses.
We offer a coffee bar with a Keurig.

*We have a grill available for those summer grill outs.
