This house is located only one mile from Sligo marina and 5 miles from downtown Smithville. No winding and dangerous backroads to get to this perfect vacation spot. The CHL view is of the main channel which includes a picturesque look at Sligo bridge. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac, making it is a very peaceful family retreat.

**Absolutely NO pets for ANY reason. Doing so will result in immediate eviction and zero refund.** The main floor has 2 master suites, and the upstairs includes 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bunk room upstairs comes with a kids area in adjoining room. For those inquiring on total number of beds, let us break it down for you! There are three bedrooms with king sized beds, a bunk room with two sets of bunks (twin over fulls so 4 beds), and attached to the bunk room is a small gaming room with a twin daybed and trundle (2 beds). Total beds available to sleep on is 9! That’s a lot of beds folks!!

The basement area is the perfect “man-cave” with pool table, wet bar with beverage center, a full bathroom, and a theatre room with Sonos surround sound for your family to enjoy. We have a coffee maker which is a keurig with both a full pot option or single use pods (bring your own coffee).

This house is only a 5 minute drive to Ragland Bottom “beach” swimming area and about a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Burgess Falls State Park. If you want to explore Cookeville for an array of restaurant choices after you explore BFSP, it is only an additional 15 minutes to Interstate Drive followingBurgess Falls Rd into Cookeville.
