We had the best relaxing weekend at this cozy and beautiful cabin. The beds and couches were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances/pans, and we enjoyed playing all the games available at the cabin. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for anything we needed/any questions we had. I have recommended this cabin to all my friends and would definitely stay here again!

Spent a few days in this cozy cabin to do some hiking in the area and it was the perfect central location! The views are beautiful for morning coffee, the hot tub great for unwinding after our hikes, and the fire pit at night was a highlight. The kitchen has everything you need, and there's plenty of games, books, music, etc for your entertainment! Thank you for hosting us, hopefully we can come back one day :)

We had the pleasure of hosting this great group for a girls’ weekend, and they were absolutely wonderful guests from start to finish. They communicated clearly, were respectful of all house rules, and left the cabin in fantastic condition. It’s clear they treated the space with care, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Cabin was amazing everything there was super nice. Lots of little extra touches made it feel special. The assortment of games and things to do were amazing! The Harry Potter closet was adorable! The hot tub and view added an extra touch. We would love to come back one day!

The house was great! Plenty of room and entertainment for everyone! Loved the decor and homey feeling. Close drive to the lake. Only criticism is the web said we could use the community boat ramp but no indication of where that is and no warning that you will need to get your own firewood before arriving.

The Perfect Family Getaway

The Koi Ridge Cabin was a perfect fit for our family of six. From the accessible board and yard games, to the hot tub and amazing family room we were overwhelmed with hospitality. The cabin was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly decorated and accommodating. A wonderful getaway for any family looking for a charming stay on Center Hill Lake.

Amazing Family Retreat

This cabin was amazing for our family of 5. Every detail and accomodation has been thought through and included. From the included kayaks and fishing poles to the games and Harry Potter reading nook. There is no way your family wont have a great time here!

Great Tennessee Vacation House

Thank you for a great stay! The house was as-advertised! Staying in the house was great for us to take day trips to local state parks for hiking, as well as enjoying the serenity of the property. What we enjoyed most about the house was how open it was and how our family of 5 was connected in the house. It's a very open, efficient floor plan with everything you need. Highly recommend!

This cabin is absolutely perfect! Super clean and - the owners have thought of everything! We would not charge one thing. The layout is perfect for large families.The view is great. We hope to be back in the fall when it’s not too hot to get into that wonderful hot tub!

Smithville Anniversary Trip

For our 22nd anniversary trip, we booked this cabin based upon the view, all the State Parks within an hour’s drive and the hot tub for after miles of hiking in those parks. WOW! Everything that was described and more. Quiet, private and that amazing view! There’s so much more to say about this cabin but I’ll leave it up to the next visitor to describe after their fantastic stay. You will not be disappointed.

couldn't have been better

this house is all you need for a pleasant stay overlooking center hill lake. the owners have thought of everything. not all rentals are finished out as if the owners lived there. the way the house is laid out, it is very private. internet was super fast. kitchen has everything you would need. the master bedroom and bath were exceptional. the mattress was very comfortable. loved the hot tub and the views on the wrap around deck. we tried to think of anything we might have wanted. we couldn't. we will be back.
