We had the best relaxing weekend at this cozy and beautiful cabin. The beds and couches were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances/pans, and we enjoyed playing all the games available at the cabin. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for anything we needed/any questions we had. I have recommended this cabin to all my friends and would definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of hosting this great group for a girls’ weekend, and they were absolutely wonderful guests from start to finish. The house was great! Plenty of room and entertainment for everyone! Loved the decor and homey feeling. Close drive to the lake. Only criticism is the web said we could use the community boat ramp but no indication of where that is and no warning that you will need to get your own firewood before arriving.

The Perfect Family Getaway

The Koi Ridge Cabin was a perfect fit for our family of six. From the accessible board and yard games, to the hot tub and amazing family room we were overwhelmed with hospitality. The cabin was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly decorated and accommodating. A wonderful getaway for any family looking for a charming stay on Center Hill Lake.

Amazing Family Retreat

Great Tennessee Vacation House

Thank you for a great stay! The house was as-advertised! Staying in the house was great for us to take day trips to local state parks for hiking, as well as enjoying the serenity of the property. What we enjoyed most about the house was how open it was and how our family of 5 was connected in the house. It's a very open, efficient floor plan with everything you need. Highly recommend!

Smithville Anniversary Trip

For our 22nd anniversary trip, we booked this cabin based upon the view, all the State Parks within an hour’s drive and the hot tub for after miles of hiking in those parks. WOW! Everything that was described and more. Quiet, private and that amazing view! There’s so much more to say about this cabin but I’ll leave it up to the next visitor to describe after their fantastic stay. You will not be disappointed.

couldn't have been better

this house is all you need for a pleasant stay overlooking center hill lake. the owners have thought of everything. not all rentals are finished out as if the owners lived there. the way the house is laid out, it is very private. internet was super fast. kitchen has everything you would need. the master bedroom and bath were exceptional. the mattress was very comfortable. loved the hot tub and the views on the wrap around deck. we tried to think of anything we might have wanted. we couldn't. we will be back.
