The space
Beautiful, modern, furnished 3BR in Jamaica Plain with 1.5 bathrooms & a large patio. The apartment also has a really nice office for working or studying remotely. It's in a converted bedroom with a huge desk, a very comfortable gamer chair, an external monitor that you can hook up your laptop to, and a massive whiteboard.

High-speed internet (speed up to 100 Mbps so enough for HD streaming, Zoom calls, etc.) with many features of a smart home like a security system, Nest thermostat, smart locks, and other devices.

There's a king bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. There's also a pullout couch in the living room that can sleep 2 more people for short-term guests.

Large patio/deck for hanging out facing the private parking lot, not the street. The lot has free private parking for 1 car.

10-12 walk to either Green St or Forest Hills orange line station from where you can get to downtown Boston in about 20 minutes. There are also not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 beautiful parks around. Franklin park with a duck pond and a full 18-hole golf course is within 5 minutes of walking distance.

Center street is full of nice restaurants and coffee shops is only about a 10-15 minute walk or a short drive. Major hospitals and universities are also within a 10-20 minute drive or accessible by public transportation.

Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee ($100 per visit). I have an excellent crew.

There's a gym within 2-3 minutes walking distance where you can get a month-to-month membership for a very affordable fee.
