We stayed here a month and walked to Children's Hospital every day. It was a great apartment for that, as long as you don't mind the uphill climb coming back each day. My 7 month pregnant wife managed it, so you can too. :)
We opted to not pay for off-street parking, and were often able to get a parking space right in front of the apartment, and sometimes had to park a couple blocks away. There are some spots that are only available in the evenings and weekends (2 hour limit weekday times) and other spots are free all of the time. It took a little effort, but wasn't too bad.
The apartment was nice and we made use of the sleeper/couch and the regular bed, and I found the sleeper couch to be more comfortable - I don't really like the memory foam type that is apparently more desirable for some; I turn over at night, so the bed has to readjust to my body shape.
But, our family enjoyed the apartment, and we made use of the many restaurants within walking distance and the Stop and Shop, as well as the Door Dash deliveries (who almost never read the instructions to use the intercom to be let into the building).
But, we would come back again if we need to come to the hospital again.
