The Space
This beautifully furnished home comfortably accommodates up to 8+ guests and features 3.5 bathrooms.

First Floor (Ground Level):
Enjoy an open-concept living area with leather seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen includes all-new, upgraded appliances, luxury cookware, a large refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, rice and multi-purpose cookers, coffee makers (K-cups and drip), tea kettle, and plenty of utensils.
The dining area seats eight, with additional seating at the granite breakfast bar. Step outside to the patio and fire up the charcoal grill. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Second Floor:
• Primary Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, workstation, large TV, and en-suite bath featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower (shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided).
• Second Bedroom with walk-in closet, workstation, and private full bath.
• Loft Area with a daybed and trundle—ideal for two guests, plus a large window and seating nook for reading or relaxing.
• Laundry Room with high-quality washer and dryer (detergent provided).

Third Floor:
• Second Master Suite featuring a walk-in closet, workstation, computer, large TV, window seating, and a full private bathroom.

Note: The third floor is included for reservations with 5 or more guests. If fewer than 5 guests would like access, a one-time $70 fee applies for cleaning and setup.
